چکیده
Carcinoid tumors are rare neuroendocrine with slowly progressive course. the most common gastrointestinal (GI) tumors. The sites of GI carcinoids small intestine accounting for 45%, rectum (20%), appendix (17%), colon (11%), and stomach (7%). Some studies reported an association between multiple malignancies. However, presence combined primary is considered exotic event in literature only few case series. So aim this study to assess risk synchronous metachronous malignancies following carcinoids. We analyzed data from cancer registries participating Surveillance, Epidemiology, End Results (SEER) software patients diagnosed carcinoid tumor malignant behavior 2000-2019 .Standardized incidence ratios (SIR) was assessed as observed/expected (O/E) excess absolute (EAR) per 10,000 person-years calculated using SEER-specific outcome analysis. 95% SIR confidence intervals were statistical significance achieved at P < 0.05. There 1351 first GIT developed 2nd O/E ratio 2.17 (Expected=621, EAR=27.53,P 0.05). Patients have two folds increased while gastric significantly up 7 than other which 5 2-11months interval 8 years interval. As indolent disease course leading late diagnosis, we recommend screening once paying more attention continuous follow every 6 months.

Height and Git Weight
In this note, we first establish a connection between the weight in the geometric invariant theory and the height introduced by Cornalba and Harris [CH] and Zhang [Z]. Then we give two applications. First, it provides a converse of Cornalba and Harris’s result, which can be treated as a function field analogue of Zhang’s theorem over number field. In particular, this connection gives a numerica...
متن کاملEinstein Metrics and Git Stability
In this expository article we review the problem of finding Einstein metrics on compact Kähler manifolds and Sasaki manifolds. In the former half of this article we see that, in the Kähler case, the problem fits better with the notion of stability in Geometric Invariant Theory if we extend the problem to that of finding extremal Kähler metrics or constant scalar curvature Kähler (cscK) metrics....
متن کاملThe multifunctional GIT family of proteins.
The G-protein-coupled receptor (GPCR)-kinase-interacting proteins 1 and 2 (GIT1 and GIT2) are ubiquitous multidomain proteins involved in diverse cellular processes. They traffic between three distinct cellular compartments (cytoplasmic complexes, focal adhesions and the cell periphery) through interactions with proteins including ARF, Rac1 and Cdc42 GTPases, p21-activated kinase (PAK), PAK-int...

The Virtual Reality Gorilla Exhibit is a system for teaching users about gorilla behaviors and social interactions. The system includes an accurate model of the Zoo Atlanta gorilla habitats and anthropometrically correct gorilla models and behaviors. In the virtual environment the user assumes the persona of an adolescent gorilla. By exploring the habitat and interacting with other gorillas, th...

We provide examples of families of (log) smooth canonically polarized varieties, including smooth weighted pointed curves and smooth hypersurfaces in P with large degree such that the Chow semistable limits under distinct pluricanonical embeddings do not stabilize.
